Participation in Master's Commencement
Commencement for master's graduates is held once a year at the end of the spring semester. Graduates from the preceding summer and fall, as well as those applicants for spring graduation that have completed all requirements including their culminating activity by the applicable deadline are eligible to participate. It will be necessary for you to request a replacement diploma with the applicable fee.
Students wishing to participate in the ceremony should maintain their current street and email addresses with the University to ensure that they will receive their invitation and information in a timely way. Visit the Graduate School Commencement page for more information.
Diploma
You may change your diploma address through your portal account as needed. If the Graduate School is not provided with a correct diploma address prior to the mailing of your diploma, a new one will not be provided. It will be necessary for you to request a replacement diploma with the applicable fee.
Also, be sure to resolve all financial obligations with the University at the time of your graduation so that no hold will be placed on the mailing of your diploma.
You are invited to contact the Graduate School if you have any questions about your participation in Master's Commencement or your Diploma.
