Exit Questionnaire
The Graduate School and your academic program would like to receive feedback concerning your experience in the master's degree program.
If you wish to share information about your graduate experience, or make suggestions for improvement in the graduate program, please complete the Exit Questionnaire and return it to the Graduate School during your final sememser or after your graduation.
Though demographic information is included in the questionnaire for analysis of the results, your anonymity is assured. Your resonses and comments are appreciated.
Students who have filed for graduation will be emailed a link to an online survey towards the end of their final semester. This survey provides important feedback to departments and the graduate school on student services, campus resources, advising procedures and more.
