Payment Deadlines, Amounts, Methods–Fees, and Tuition
California State University, Chico is a public university, funded by the taxes paid by California citizens. Additionally, the campus is supported by fees paid by students and donations from alumni and supporters. All students pay Registration Fees each semester. Students from outside California, including all international students, must also pay non-resident tuition fees.
Deadlines:
Fall 2007 Semester
Registration Fees are due August 2 and Tuition

Amounts:
2007-2008 Registration Fees - Undergraduate first bachelor's is $1,845* per semester
2007-2008 Registration Fees - Graduate Master’s or second bachelor’s is $2,166* per semester
2007-2008 Tuition – is $339 per unit*
Pay by Mail:
You may pay all registration, course fees, and on-campus housing by mail. Make your check or money order payable to CSU, Chico. Include the following information on your check or money order. Do not mail cash.

Pay In Person:
You may also pay in person by check or cash at Student Financial Services (SFIN)–Cashiering, Kendall Hall room 212, during normal business hours, or use the drop box adjacent to the SFIN–Cashiering Office.
Online Payments:
Once you have a schedule of classes for your first semester you can make your registration payment online; go to http://www.csuchico.edu/sfin. You can select either payment by electronic check from a checking account or payment using Master Card, American Express, or Discover Card. There is a 2.9% service fee for credit card payments. Visa Card is not accepted for these payments.
