Your welcome begins at Orientation where you will meet U.S. and international students and the many people on campus who will support you during your stay. You will learn the essential information that you need for your time in the U.S.

Please arrive at the latest, the day before Orientation. It is important that you have your housing arranged before Orientation begins. Each day of Orientation is busy and full of information that will be necessary for you.
On the first day of Orientation, bring your passport and I-20 (or DS-2019 for J-1 visa holders). Also, bring your proof of health insurance or be ready to purchase a policy available through the University Health Center.
During Orientation, we will cover everything you need to know about getting settled in Chico. If you have any questions or problems before orientation starts, please visit the International Student Advisors in Tehama Hall room 211.
