Getting Involved
Volunteer with the Study Abroad Office:
One of the first things students say to us when they return is “How can I work for the Study Abroad office?”
Paid positions are limited in our office, but there are many ways you can stay involved with us.
Throughout each semester, we arrange many events on campus to help educate our students and community about Study Abroad and the benefits of the internationalization of our campus.
Some of these activities include:
- Information Tables
- Classroom Visits
- International Education Week
- International Movie Nights
- Coffee, Cake, and Culture (Community event in downtown Chico)
- Orientation
- One-on-one peer advising with future participants
We always need volunteers for these events. If you want to help us out, contact the Study Abroad Office, (530)898-5415 or e-mail us: studabr@csuchico.edu
