Faculty/Staff Forms and Procedures
There are two ways in which courses can be counted toward a students graduation requirements at CSU, Chico:
1. Courses can be articulated as Chico State Courses:
This would apply to the courses that USAC or IP already converted to Chico State terminology (call numbers, titles, etc.). Once an articulation agreement is in place, these courses automatically transfer to Chico as their CSUC equivalents.
If your department would like to set up an articulation agreement between one of our host institutions and CSU, Chico in order to make your advising simpler, please contact Tasha Dev: tdev@csuchico.edu; 530-898-5415
2. Courses can be substituted for Chico State Courses:
This would apply to the courses that OIP/USAC did NOT convert to Chico State terminology (i.e. they just listed the foreign course title and number).
*** All DIRECT EXCHANGE courses are handled this way
