Dear NSPR listeners,
We’re excited to formally announce several programming changes taking effect this week and later this month.
First, several of our local shows are growing up:
We can’t wait to bring you this robust lineup of local programming!
- On February 4, Jennifer Jewell, previously the host of In a North State Garden, will debut a new half-hour-long show, Cultivating Place: Conversations on Natural History and the Human Impulse to Garden. This program will air every Thursday at 10 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
- Dave Schlom’s The Blue Dot Report will become simply Blue Dot and also extend to a half hour Thursdays at 10:30 a.m., following Cultivating Place. Blue Dot will also be rebroadcast at 6:30 p.m. on Fridays.
- Starting February 5, Nancy’s Bookshelf with host Nancy Wiegman becomes an hour-long on Fridays at 10 a.m., followed by everyone’s favorite, Science Friday.
