Volunteer Tutoring
CSU, Chico's Center for Nutrition and Activity Promotion offers English as a Second Language classes empasizing healthy eating and activity. Classes are 1 1/2 hours long, twice a week and held in the evenings and weekends. Volunteers are wanted to help with tutoring. Volunteers are asked to commit to tutoring at least one class for the semester. For more information, contact Karen Goodwin at kgoodwin@csuchico.edu.

Culture, Conversation, and Cuisine
CSU, Chico faculty and staff are invited to host a meal in their home for a small group of U.S. and international students. This program gives international students an opportunity to see an American home and gives all participants a chance to meet new people, learn about other cultures, and make friends.
