What is Google Apps for WildcatMail?
Google Apps for WildcatMail is the name of CSU, Chico's implementation of Google Apps for Education. It provides access to Google’s online services, allowing you to take advantage of Google’s e-mail, productivity, and collaboration tools while maintaining your @mail.csuchico.edu e-mail address.
How do I get Support?
Student Computing provides support for your WildcatMail powered by Google account. Student computing can be reached by telephone at 530-898-HELP(4357) or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note: Student Computing provides support for Gmail and account issues only. They do not provide support for the other applications contained in the Google Apps software suite. For help using Google's software, please see the Google Support site.

Who is Eligible?
All students, faculty, staff, and retirees can obtain an account, however Wildcat Mail powered by Google is the official e-mail system for students only. Microsoft Exchange continues to be the official e-mail service for faculty and staff.
