As part of the Graduation Initiative, campus teams were asked to develop strategically focused and tactically supported “living project plans.” Initial plans were to be submitted to the Chancellor Office by December 25, 2009. They were to include targets with measurable goals, key milestones and trajectories, a process management schedule, and a mechanism for problem-solving and corrective action taking, where necessary.
