Graduate Council
The Graduate Council is an advisory and policy group that works collaboratively with the Office of Graduate Studies to ensure the quality and effectiveness of graduate education at California State University, Chico. Graduate Council members serve as representatives of their departments and colleges, helping to ensure cross-campus collaboration and communication. The Graduate Council generally meets the first Friday of every month during the academic year. Dr. E.K. Park, Vice-Provost of Research and Dean of Graduate Studies chairs the meetings.
The Graduate Council is comprised of the Graduate Coordinator from each department. Graduate Studies staff and administrators as well as the officers of the Council of Graduate Students also attend.
