Delta Xi Phi welcomes collegiate women of all ages, races, backgrounds, economic statuses, and religions. We hope to transcend the sorority stereotype to create a unique sisterhood based on unity in diversity.

In the last 15 years, Delta Xi Phi has emerged as one of the largest and active multicultural sororities in the nation. We have steadfastly held to our Five Pillars while expanding to 14 states from coast to coast. The Five Pillars includes the advancement of women through higher education, increasing multicultural awareness, community service, sisterhood and friendship.

Being a sister of Delta Xi Phi is a lifetime commitment. We are seeking women who strongly believe in all Five Pillars and are willing to put forth the energy to ensure that the Pillars are being upheld.

We have been multicultural in membership and programming since day one - and will continue to be.
