What GST offers you
- An ideal schedule, 9 - 12:30 four days a week and an
A.M. or P.M. art studio on Wednesdays, fall semester, and Fridays,
spring semester -- without the hassle of trying to find and schedule
individual classes.
- Satisfaction of all your lower division GE requirements
plus the 6-unit ethnic and third-world requirement. You would
have only a lab science and a math class left in GE and the 6-unit
American government and history requirement to complete all your
lower division work outside of your major.
 A
coherent, orderly view of civilization, past, present, and
future, team-taught in an interdisciplinary class. We focus primarily
on western civilization but we do look at major aspects of others.
- Individual attention and community in a small, supportive
class of thirty-some students and four to six dedicated faculty.
By the end of the first few days of class we will all know each
other.
