I am a Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician's Assistant, having graduated from UC, Davis in 1980. I have worked in a variety of fields in medicine including family practice, pediatrics (child health), college health, women's health and urgent care. I received my A.A. degree in Nursing from Golden West Community College (Huntington Beach, CA) in 1975. Also in 1975, I passed the boards and became a registered nurse (RN). I earned a B.S. degree in Nursing from CSU, Chico in 1994, and my Master's of Science in nursing, also from CSU, Chico, in 2000. I teach child health part-time at CSU, Chico, as well as work part-time as a nurse practitioner.
