Ms. Quinn is the Project Director for the Campus Alcohol & Drug Education Center
at California State University, Chico. She was instrumental in the design and
implementation of the program, which began in 1988. She has authored and co-
authored several successful grants with the Department of Education, Office of
Traffic Safety, Community Coalitions, and local Foundations. She has been a
speaker on the topics of alcohol & college life at national & state conferences.
She has trained hundreds of students to be Peer Educators and finds this to be one of the most rewarding aspects of working in the field of prevention.
She has a Master’s degree in Social Science with special emphasis in Student Affairs and an Alcohol and Drug Studies certificate from UC. Davis. Her personal interests include traveling to foreign countries, gardening, raising exotic birds, and playing with her four grandchildren, 2 dogs, 3 cats, goats, & various other critters.
