Read Across America

Read Across America is a national literature project commemorating the birthday of Dr. Seuss. Students in Health Education for Elementary Teachers commemorate this event by creating and implementing health lessons that connect to a selected children's book, with a strong emphasis on nutrition and physical activity. They also develop and implement health-related activities throughout the day.
