Glenna holds a BS degree in Health and Community Services and a Masters degree in Social Work from CSU Chico. Glenna is employed at PASSAGES (a non-profit arm of the Chico State university Foundation) where she supervises the Multipurpose Senior Service Program (MSSP) which is a medical model care management program that serves 200 older adults over three counties in Northern California. Glenna has worked in multiple capacities @ PASSAGES including directing the Family Caregiver Support Program, supervising the Information and Assistance Program and has provided many hours of consumer education to the public focusing on older adult education.
