Organ Donor Registry Project

Students in the Community Health and Personal Health courses collaborate on a campus-wide project to register potential organ donors. The HCSV Health Professionals organization helps the effort by assisting in advertising and publicity. Their goal is to educate the campus community about the life-saving gift of organ donation and to encourage students to register on-line. The students design the flyers and handouts, make presentations in selected classes, and staff registration tables during the three-day drive. Each year breaks the last years record.
