Scotland with Option for Golf, July 2006 A nine-day trip with 35 people under the guidance of Paul Zingg, president of CSU Chico, and Keith Thomas, PGA golf coach, includes three nights in Edinburgh, two in St. Andrews, and two in Stirling. The golf package included Gullane, St. Andrews Links (Old Course and Jubilee), Carnoustie (Championship), and Gleneagles (Kings and Queens). Those not golfing went on excursions to Edinburgh, to Stirling and Stirling Castle, Perth, off the beaten paths both seaside and hillside, and to Glasgow with its Burrell Collection. |
