Preparing to Graduate
You should apply for graduation no later than one year before you expect to graduate. Apply online for graduation.
You must also submit a Major/Minor/Certificate Program Clearance Form (depending on your individual program), signed by the History Department chair or your advisor, with your graduation application. You will need three copies of the correct Clearance Form. Fill out all three copies, sign and date each, and take them to the History Department chair or your advisor, along with a complete unofficial transcript of all your collegiate coursework. You may download an unofficial transcript through your Portal account.
