- The six-person cluster apartments are exclusively reserved for first-time freshmen
- Each room is approximately 12' x 16'
- Each communal kitchen is approximately 8' x 28'
- Furnishings in a six-Person cluster bedroom include
- Central heat & air conditioning
- Two extra-long twin beds
- Two desks and chairs
- Two dressers
- Lamp
- Dining table and chairs
- Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave

Four-Person Cluster Apartment (Northside)
- Four-person clusters are exclusively reserved for transfer, returning, and exchange students.
- Each room is approximately 12' x 16'
- Each communal kitchen is approximately 8' x 28'
- Furnishings in a cluster:
- Central heat & air conditioning
- Extra-long twin bed
- Desk and chair
- Dresser
- Lamp
- Dining table and four chairs (in kitchen area)
- Microwave
IMPORTANT: There is no place to store furniture. No funiture is to be removed from any of the rooms or stored on your patio/balcony. Violators of this policy will be subject to the university judicial system and/or financial restitution.
