2011 Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment is from OCTOBER 10, 2011 through NOVEMBER 4, 2011. The effective date of all Open Enrollment transactions is January 1, 2012. Open Enrollment is the annual opportunity for employees to change or enroll in medical, dental, vision and/or FlexCash.
Please note that Health Care Reimbursement Account (HCRA) and Dependent Care Reimbursement Account (DCRA) REQUIRE ENROLLMENT EVERY YEAR. Changes have been made to the form so please submit the most recent version. You can submit the form by mail or turn it in at Kendall Hall room 222.
If you do nothing, your medical, dental, vision plan enrollment will continue. To initiate a change to these policies please contact our office at extension 5478 to discuss what forms and information we will need.Benefit Information Resources
