Annual United Way Campaign – Your Chance to Make a Difference
The annual United Way campaign for California State Employees is underway. It provides a convenient way for employees to donate to non-profit agencies of their choice through payroll deduction. Many employees use this opportunity to support causes or organizations they value, build stronger communities, and make a difference.
State employees are provided a payroll deduction pledge form each fall, and may access a donor resource guide and a list of participating charitable organizations. Please note the "Organization Code Number" required on the CSECC Pledge Form can be found in the Donor Resource Guide, published annually by the United Way.
The California State Employees Charitable Campaign (CSECC) was established in 1957 to provide a single state-wide charitable fundraising event. It is administered by a collaboration of United Way agencies throughout the state. State employees may also donate to any 501(c)(3) nonprofit of their choice, even if their preferred organization is not itemized in the list of charitable organizations.
Paper forms will be distributed via campus mail from the Human Resources Service Center. Mail completed forms to:
