Diversity Training for Employees, Aug 13
This two-hour training is designed to provide employees with the necessary resources and tools to effectively communicate with and serve the diverse populations of the campus community. Participants will develop a greater understanding of various cultures and norms while networking and building alliances.
Fostering diversity is a core value of the CSU, Chico Strategic Plan, 2011–2016 Diversity Action Plan, and the Graduation Initiative. It is one of the University’s highest priorities.
