General Information
The Director of Labor Relations administers and ensures compliance with all staff collective bargaining agreements, provides advice and guidance to management on grievances, complaints, contractual matters, and disciplinary issues. The Director of Labor Relations represents and responds on behalf of CSU, Chico in administrative hearings; provides training for and supports management-labor relations. The Labor Relations unit monitors and coordinates union release time and responds to related requests for information.
