Application Due Dates
Application due dates for the Staff Fee Waiver Program are determined each semester based on fee payment deadlines set by Student Financial Services. Please submit one fee waiver application per term.
Fee Waiver Application Periods are separate from university admission application deadlines. If the student is going to be a new "matriculated" student (for the Career Development Option or the Dependent Option), it is important to apply for university admission during the application priority filing periods for your campus of attendance.

Important: Please pre-pay estimated reduced fees before the Fee Payment Deadline.
*Most or all courses during this term at CSU, Chico or other CSU campuses may not be state-funded and therefore not covered by the fee waiver program.
Fee Waiver Application Periods
The due dates listed below are an approximation of when the deadline will be set. It is necessary to meet deadlines for Student Financial Services, Admissions & Records, Student Financial Aid and Student Financial Services for processing. Please submit one fee waiver application per term.

Other CSU Campus Fee Waiver Programs
The employee completes the fee waiver application for their work location. The employee/dependent student may attend any CSU campus. The CSU, Chico Fee Waiver Coordinator sends application, if applicable, to the coordinator at the CSU location where classes will be attended and processed.
