Welcome to Chico State HSA's homepage. HSA stands for Hmong Student Association. Established in 1994, HSA was founded by a group of Hmong students attending Chico State. Tommy Her was the first president. Over the years, HSA's goals were to promote cultural awareness and higher education. Today, those are still HSA's goals. Improving ourselves every year, we hope to make it a brighter future for generations to come.
