Professor Marian Baldy has taken advantage of WebCT course component technology and video production from IMC to provide her students in Physical Science 195 Wine Tasting with lectures reinforced by PowerPoint and videos. The videos provide concise information and demonstrations of wine making, such as Sabering Champagne, Information about Vineyards, Aroma Wheel Chart, Opening the Wine Bottle, Wine Tasting Impressions by Sight, Bouquet and Tasting, and an Approach to Wine Sensory Evaluation.
