The Instructional Media Center offers a full range of educational and informational media and production reflecting high standards of artistic and technical excellence. Our production staff work as a cohesive unit, from start to finish, providing any combination of writing, editing, print design, duplication, Web development, and electronic media creation. For example, production of a multimedia DVD includes disk packaging, graphic design, photography, video editing, script writing, animation, and DVD duplication. Computer Graphics and Animation
Computer Graphics and Animation staff provide the campus community multimedia visualization for education and presentations. We offer full-service animation and effects for concepts that often cannot be videotaped, such as three-dimensional buildings, scientific and engineering visualizations, architectural renderings, and forensic comparison studies. We also create multimedia components such as digital video, audio and learning objects.

Graphic Design
Our graphic designers specialize in the professional design and production of printed materials including posters, banners, brochures, stationery systems, logos, newsletters, mailers, flyers, cards, informational graphics (charts, tables, graphs), and illustrations. Visual design for electronic media includes graphics for Web sites, multimedia presentations, PDF files, CDs, and DVDs. We provide clients with comprehensive visual design solutions for print and electronic media and coordinate with editors, photographers, printers, and vendors to complete the product.

Photography
Photographers specialize in high-quality digital photography for campus. We create photographs for brochures, posters, magazines, publications, the Web, and the University Catalog. We work directly with academic departments and administrative offices to create photographs, including professional portraits, for a variety of needs.

Printing and Duplication
Presentation Graphics Lab (PGL) is a high-end digital imaging and multimedia service center. We provide a wide array of large-format output such as fine art archival prints, oversize photo-quality posters, tabletop displays, presentation posters, merchandising visuals, and indoor/outdoor banners. We also offer image scanning, film digitizing, and converting PowerPoint and JPEGs to 35 mm slides. Other services include DVD/CD-ROM duplications and authoring, video tape format conversion; and digital camcorders, still digital cameras, and Final Cut Pro workstation rentals.

Rapid Graphics Copy Center on
the second floor of Meriam Library, is a self-serve or full-service specialty
duplication center. Besides regular copying and printing, our services include
ultra-sharp black laser digital copying, full-color copies and transparencies,
lamination, as well as a full array of binding and resume papers. We also
offer enlargements of up to 18" x 24" super black laser posters or 18" x 48" banners. Price

Video Productions
Our Video Productions staff produces educational, instructional, and informational videos for campus. This process includes scriptwriting, video development, videotaping, and editing. Projects include guest lecturers, presentations for classroom instruction and special events, faculty presentations for professional conferences, training videos, presentations for recruitment and showcasing university programs and facilities. We provide duplication services for classroom use including video-to-video, video-to-DVD, and the transfer of international media.
