All admitted students are mailed an admission packet. Your packet will be mailed approximately one week from the admission notification email. Please check your Chico State e-mail regularly and confirm your preferred mailing method promptly. The admission packet contains the following information:
1) Welcome Booklet - provides very important information regarding obtaining your visa, housing, class registration, and more.
2) Admission Letter
3) I-20 or Transfer Eligibility Form (for students in the U.S. only)
4) Information regarding Entry Level Mathematics (ELM) Testing (for undergraduate students only)
6) Arrival Form - Used for pick-up assistance at the airport shuttle drop off point and to reserve temporary housing (temporary housing is only available fall semester). Please return when your travel plans are finalized.
