If you choose to live in University owned housing, University Village is recommended for International Students. University Village offers a cluster of four bedrooms sharing two bathrooms and one kitchen. Students who are admitted to the University can begin applying for University Housing on April 1 for the fall semester and November 1 for the spring semester. Each year, seven international women, typically freshman, and seven U.S. women live together in the International House (in Konkow Dormitory) on the CSU, Chico campus. Housing not owned by the University
There are many options for renting privately owned apartments, houses, and rooms. If you choose this option you will want to arrive in Chico two to three weeks before class begins to make housing arrangements.
