International Programs Annual Fund
The Office of International Education is dedicated to ensuring that students develop the cultural, linguistic, and analytic skills necessary to understand and engage with diverse cultures, people, and the global marketplace, and to contribute as responsible global citizens. In order to achieve this important goal, we strive to enrich students' campus experience by supporting multicultural performances, guest lectures, international festivals, and other events and projects that help support students' understanding of themselves within the broader world.

International Student Scholarship Fund
International students contribute to the diversity of our campus and enrich the educational experiences of all students with whom they have the chance to interact. One international student said:
"On multiple occasions, I have been called upon to act as an intercultural ambassador, be it in academic debates as part of the Speech and Debate team, or perhaps giving presentations about Indian culture in various classes to spread awareness and break many persisting myths American students harbor about other countries." -Student from India
Despite their hard work, many international students face financial challenges. An international student taking an average courseload of 15 units a semester pays $11,160 more each year than a student from California. In order to enrich the educational experiences of all CSU, Chico students, scholarships for high-achieving, financially-challenged international students are needed.
