Annual Activity/Program Overview

The IRA Committee annually gathers information from each college about their IRA activities/programs; this helps the Committee in determining any recommendations for possible baseline increases, new program requests, carryovers, and other information that should be brought to the Committee's attention. Each January, IRA staff will email details regarding the process to each college, and is due by February 15 of each year.

Three-Year Activity/Program Review

In addition to the Annual Activity/Program Overview process, the IRA Committee will also perform a three-year activity/program review on all colleges/units. Additional information will be collected using the questionnaire below. The review schedule is also found below.

The three-year review process takes place in the spring semester. Each January, IRA staff will email details regarding the process for each college/unit going through their three-year review. A short presentation is expected to be made by the Dean, Director or designee at an IRA Committee meeting where they will discuss their activities/programs, spending, and success.
