Program Review

Annual Program Overview

The IRA Board annually gathers information from each college about their IRA programs; this helps the Board in determining any recommendations for possible baseline increases, new program requests, carryovers, and other information that should be brought to the Board's attention. Each January, IRA staff will email details regarding the process to each college, and is due by February 15 of each year.

Three-Year Program Review

In addition to the Annual Program Overview process, the IRA Board will also perform a three-year program review on all colleges/units. Additional information will be collected using the questionnaire below. The review schedule is also found below.

The three-year review process takes place in the spring semester. Each January, IRA staff will email details regarding the process for each college going through their three-year review. A short presentation is expected to be made by the Dean, Director or designee at an IRA Board meeting where they will discuss their programs, spending, and success.
