Program Review
It is the responsibility of the IRA Board to complete the task of Budget/Program Review each year for one third of all IRA supported programs. In 2000 the Board created a review process for each of the programs operation and budget expenditures. After 100% of the IRA programs were reviewed the Board decided to begin an annual review of one-third of the programs each year. In this process of review the Board will review 100% of all programs over a three-year period.
