New Junk E-mail/Spam filtering system allows .zip files to be sent and received!
A new Junk e-mail/spam filtering system called Proofpoint was implemented in May for both Exchange and Wildcat e-mail. The new process quarantines suspected spam on a separate server before it ever gets to a user's inbox. Every day at 3:00pm, you receive a "Junk E-mail/Spam Digest" listing quarantined messages that you can review and put in your inbox if you want to keep them. Tell me more...

IT Strategic Plan
This year the campus is renewing its Information Technology strategic plan in concert with the revision of the campus strategic plan. "Aligning with the Future: the IT Strategic Plan" is our third in a series of five-year technology plans at CSU, Chico. "Our vision is to align technology with the vision, mission, and goals of the University through support for faculty and staff development, the investment in our technology infrastructure, and the wise selection of technological opportunities."
