Chico Information Systems Committee (CISC)

Overview

The CMS Implementation Committee has requested that their name be changed to the Chico Information Systems Committee to reflect the growth in their role as an enterprise planning group. Over the past few years they have had to coordinate a wide array of systems and issues beyond the core CMS functions to assure they fit into the overall campus computing infrastructure. The committee's purpose is to coordinate implementation of enterprise technology projects including recommendations on funding and project scheduling. The committee will continue to review all new enterprise technology projects to assure they are effective and that they have the resources required to assure their success. The committee will also resolve business practices and suggest policies necessary to assure effective use of enterprise systems.
