Faculty and Staff
User Services provides centralized computing support and management for most CSU,Chico faculty and staff PCs and Macintoshes. The help desk can answer questions about using supported applications, help resolve minor errors or problems, or escalate major hardware or software issues to User Services staff or field technicians to assist you. They can also assist with most account/password issues.
The Help Desk is staffed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday in Siskiyou 109a.

Students
Student Computing provides technical computer support for Chico State students. As part of the University's Information Resources, we operate three open-access labs on campus that are equipped with Windows PCs, Macintosh computers, laser printers, a scanner, and numerous software applications. For a complete list of lab equipment, please see the Labs section of the Student Computing Web site.
Open workshops are offered throughout the regular academic semester. Topics covered include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Introduction to UNIX, Creating Web Pages, HTML, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and others. For more information, please visit Workshops.
