Students
Student Computing and Information Resources offer free introductory workshops to students. These workshops are intended to provide the basic skills to effectively use computer workstations in the library, in campus computer labs, and from home via remote access. Workshops are free and open to all students. Sign up is not required. Simply drop in. Keep in mind that classes may fill up, especially early in the semester.
In addition to the free drop-in workshops, Student Computing offers curriculum-related computer workshops for private classes on faculty request. The curriculum-related computer workshops are tailored to specific class assignments within the parameters of the basic skills taught in the drop-in workshops.
