University Village is recommended for international students. University Village offers clusters of four bedrooms sharing two bathrooms and one kitchen. International House
Seven female international students and seven female U.S. students have the chance to live together in an on-campus dorm, Konkow Hall. This is a great opportunity for International and American students to live, study, learn, and make friends with each other.

Non-University Housing
There are many options for privately owned apartments, sharing houses, or renting a room. Many are within easy bicycling or walking distance to campus. If you choose this option, arrive in Chico two to three weeks before class begins to make your housing arrangements. Make a hotel reservation for a few days to give you time to look for housing.
