Campus Housing

Students who are admitted to the University should immediately apply for housing.  At this time, students may live either on or off campus.

There are many options for campus housing.  We highly recommend our Living Learning Communities, especially the Global Experience House.  The Global Experience House in Konkow Hall offers students the opportunity to meet and live with international/American students from a variety of different countries and cultures.  A live-in Resident Advisor provides social and educational programming for both domestic and international students specifically catered to enhancing an understanding of diversity, culture, and traditions.  Space is limited to 13 bed-spaces, occupied by both international and domestic students.  This unique combination of residence hall atmosphere and apartment-style living promises to provide an enriching experience for students seeking to broaden their minds and meet others from around the world!

*Due to limited space in University housing, it is suggested you apply as early as possible*

ATTENTION! PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE MOVE-OUT DATE FOR UNIVERSITY HOUSING IS THE LAST DAY OF THE SEMESTER. IT IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO PLAN AHEAD AND SECURE ALTERNATE OR TEMPORARY HOUSING IF NEEDED.

Off-Campus Housing

There are many options for renting privately owned apartments, houses, and rooms. If you choose this option, you must finalize your housing arrangement prior to arrival in Chico.  Trying to find housing after you arrive will be extremely difficult.
