IT Support Services provides technical support to Chico State students, faculty, and staff using campus systems. As part of the University's Information Resources, we operate three open access labs on campus that are equipped with Windows PCs, Macintosh computers, laser printers, scanners, and numerous software applications. Open workshops are offered throughout the regular academic semester. Topics covered include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Introduction to HTML, Creating Web Pages with Yola, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and others. Further details are available in the Drop-In Workshops section.
Our mission is to provide timely solutions, accurate information, and friendly assistance to those who depend on our services. The employees of IT Support Services are always enthusiastic in resolving computer and communication issues, and helping our customers with their technology support needs.
