About Us
Who We Are:
The Japanese Animation Club started in the spring of 2003 to expose fellow students to aspects of Japanese popular culture. We are in our eleventh year and have been rapidly growing. We host many events throughout the year in addition to our regular club meetings, and in the spring we help host the Chico Mini Con along with several other clubs on campus.

We greatly appreciate the assistance of our advisor Kimihiko Nomura who has helped us from the begining, the Multicultural Affairs Council, and the Student Activities Office. As we continue to grow, we plan on providing more opportunities for people who might not otherwise have the chance to experience Japanese culture.
