About Chico State

Chico State was founded in 1887 and is located in Chico, Calif., just 90
miles north of Sacramento.

Chico State is one of the oldest post-secondary institutions in California. Chico State currently serves over 17,000 students.

The wildcat is the Chico State mascot. Cardinal and white are the school's colors.
