The Internet magazine is
a
forum for writers to stretch their skills and possibly invent new styles
that are unique to the medium. The magazine includes sections on topics
of interest to students.
The language, or writing "voice,"
in the stories should reflect some attitude that reflects the views of
students. Story topics should be of interest to the general student population
but have some grounding in events or people in the Chico State or local
area.
The stories should be of high
journalistic standards, ethical, accurate and credible.
The design should be artistic
and interesting without making the pages too slow to load or too difficult
to navigate. The layout should include a directory to go to individual
section or stories, and in most cases links should be to exact pages rather
than whole sites.
Overall, this magazine should
be fun to read and daring to write and make.
