The Department of Kinesiology offers three degree programs; a BS in exercise physiology, a BA in kinesiology, and an MA in kinesiology. Within the BA in kinesiology there are two specific academic options: movement studies and physical education teacher education. The department also offers a wide variety of fitness and activity courses. The links on the left provide more information on these classes and programs.

Wildcat Sport Performance 7 Week Summer Camp

Wildcat 7 Week Summer Sport Performance Camp, CSU, Chico, Mon-Thurs 8:00am-12:00pm

Join us in participating in our 7 week Sport Performance Summer Program! We provide safe, reliable training programs using evidence-based sport science to optimize sports performance for athletes of all levels of play and we also work to use the latest in Exercise Physiology sciences to provide a program for athletic growth and improvement. Our programs help improve performance testing, sport specific training, and speed and agility. We accept participants as young as 11 years old! The CSU, Chico Adapted Physical Education Program is pleased to announce the availability of grant funding to help students in the area of APE.
