Folio Cataloging:
---When a book's height is 29-36 cm. or width is 28-31 cm. change the holding code in the 049 to CCH+ and when you make labels add "folio" to top of call numbers.
X-Folio Cataloging:
---When a book's height is over 36 cm. or width is greater than 31 cm:
--Leave 049 CCHM.
--For CLSI, type "(x-folio)" at end of call number in the 050 or 090 that CLSI is going to use to generate the call number.
--Add "(x-folio)" to call number on labels.
Books that are NEW EDITIONS
Check CLSI (search by title) to see if we have any previous editions. If we do, use the base call number of the most recent edition that we already have and add the publishing date of the new edition for the new edition's call number. See also new memo about edition procedures.
