Starting now, if there is a nonprint component that will be shelved separately from a book, the local location message Tag 590 in bibliographic record will read:
ACCOMPANYING VIDEOCASSETTE [SOUND CASSETTE, SOFTWARE ETC.} IS HELD IN LIMITED LOAN DEPT.[call number is given here in full]
This message would be similar for any nonprint item that needs to have a location message included in bib record. The item record will, of course, show agency as LLO or Limited Loan (LIM). More simply put, we are no longer using term "nonprint" or "nonprint media" to specify a separate department or a collection. Use Limited Loan (LIM) instead
