Study Zones

Floors 1, 2 and 4:
are for quiet individual and collaborative study. Talking is allowed at low levels, but should not disturb others.

Floor 3:
is for silent study, no talking even if you are just passing through.

Group Study Rooms
The Library provides 17 study rooms for groups of individuals who would like to study together or work on projects collaboratively.

Location:
Group study rooms are located on the second and third floors on the east side of the library. Seven rooms are available on the 2nd floor and 10 on the 3rd floor.

Room Use Policies:
The study rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no reservations.

Group study rooms are for two or more CSU, Chico students. You may be asked for your university I.D. to verify that you are a student.

Large study groups of four or more CSU, Chico students have priority room use in rooms 258, 355 and 362.

Please observe all building use policies.

Equipment:
The usual assortment of institutional tables and chairs as well as bulletin and chalk boards, electrical outlets, and wireless connectivity are available.
