Advices and Planning |
Overview
The advising process for Liberal Studies Online involves:
- Having transfer courses evaluated for this program; the advisor prepares a major clearance form.
- planning your classes using your online major clearance form, and;
- working with your advisor to ensure that your major clearance form is complete and accurate.
Once you have the form completed and your advisor has approved it, you must mail it to the Records office, to file for graduation.
Be aware that you should file for graduation a year in advance by May 15 for the next spring, and by Dec. 15 for the next fall.
