Open Educational Resource Movement
Have You Heard of MERLOT? Have you heard of MIT's OpenCourseWare initiative? Both are examples of sources of free materials for faculty in the exciting new Open Educational Resource (OER) movement. As described in Wikipedia, "Open educational resources are educational materials and resources offered freely and openly for anyone to use and under some licenses to re-mix, improve and redistribute."
